Happy Women's History Month! A month is not enough to acknowledge the contributions of women; however, I hope you feel seen, appreciated, and loved through the month of March. We would not be the campus we are today without so many wonderful women. Thank you! On Monday, we're kicking off our Reading March Madness Competition. We have a goal of reading for 10,000 minutes for the month of March. That will take commitment from every family. The more students read, the better readers they become. On Monday, all students will receive a Reading Log to document their daily reading. Parents can choose to read to their students or have them read to you to calculate the minutes. Parents/Students must complete the log daily. Every Monday the tracker will be updated at school. The competition is over on March 30th and the winners will be announced. The classes that reach their goal will get to pie a staff member of their choice. SSSsshhhhh, it's a secret!

Reminders:
As we make our way into Spring Break, here are a few reminders for you and your student(s):
- No Crocs
- No shoes without backs
- No shoes with wheels
- Students must have a backpack every single day
- Closed-toed shoes are best as students play outside at recess and run during P.E.
- Office is closed from 2:30 to 3:30 pm
- Students must arrive to school by 7:25 am
- Dismissal starts at 3:00 pm. Late pick up at the front office after 3:25 pm
Student Jackets
Sparks families, we have a cloth rack of jackets and clothing left by students in classrooms and playgrounds at the Front Office entrance. If your student has lost a piece of clothing, you can come to see and check if we have it in the rack.
